, you heard me right, i know some people that activate the below tweak for people and charge high amount of money, just follow the below procedures and start flexing, the good thing about this tweak is that it has no bandwidth usage and no expire date, i have been using this since July, a friend of mine have used over 30GB since July. 

REQUIREMENTS
In order for this tweak to work on all apps on your phone, you need the following.

1. Registered Etisalat sim (new or old)
2. N150 Etisalat  airtime.
3. SimpleAndroidServer Download it HERE
4. Proxy Droid Download it HERE

STEP 1
Recharge your registered etisalat sim with N150 airtime or N200, after that dial *343*5*6#, N150 will be that deducted, and you'll get a welcome message. Get ready to move to step 2.
STEP 2
After subscribing, go to mobile networks under settings on your phone, and create the following settings under access point names.
                                 Access Point Name: Etisalat
                                 Proxy: 127.0.0.1 
                                 Port: 8080  

After creating the APN, select it as default, and proceed to the next step.
STEP 3
After setting the APN in the above step, open the Simple Server downloaded HERE, and configure it with the below settings.
                                  Listen Port: 8080
                                  Tick Enable proxy
                                  Proxy Host: 185.28.193.95
                                  Proxy Port: 8080
                                  Enable Injection
                                  Injection Method: GET 
                                  Injection Query/URL: http://mobile.facebook.com
                                  Injection Host: mobile.facebook.com
                                  Injection Line: press enter key 4 times
                                  Log Level:  Debug 

After creating the above settings, On your Data connection, and proceed to the next step which is the last step.
STEP 4
In order for it to power all apps, open the downloaded Proxy Droid, and enter the below configuration.
                                  Host: 127.0.0.1
                                  Port: 8080
                                  Proxy Type:HTTP
                                  Tick Auto Connect 

After doing the above step, connect Proxy Droid and start flexing!!!
