How to make Games read file on sdcard via Foldermount

Many tablets user and android 4.4.x that have small phone storage, find it very hard to play high ends games like Fifa 14, GTA etc. 

Here is a comprehensive tutorial to help you utilise your tab or phone before you give it out.

How to use Folder Mount

1.) Your phone/tablet must be rooted. 

2.) Download folder mount Here

Follow the steps below.. 

- create obb folder under android in both phone storage and sdcard. 

- Inside the obb folder on both storage (phone and sdcard), create another folder with the name of the game e.g com.ea.game.fifa14_row, note that the one in the sdcard will be the one containing the obb file (usually a large file). 

3.) Open folder mount 

         

 

   Tap the + sign and name it 

    

 

In the first column, I.e the source, open it and locate the folder of the game created in phone storage and save it, it will give you something like <i> sdcard0/android/obb/com.ea.game.fifa14_row</i> 

In the second box, i.e the destination, open and locate the game folder but this on the memory card and save it. 

 

After that click the mark sign for it to create pair.

   You are good to go, next time you open the game, it will play, cause the folder has been mounted.
